We'll admit it -- we've never ingested at Juan Pollo. Clearly, this is our loss. I mean, meet countenance at that toothsome chicken!

But the edifice chain, which operates mountain of locations around California, has more to offer than meet splendid-looking char-broiled chicken. It also has an amazing Web site.

You intend the image of the blackamoor retentive follow meat. You intend an enlivened biddy in a sombrero and poncho grooving to the "Chicken Dance." You intend to peruse the Tex-Mex menu, which lists a dish called Juan's Big Bowl. And you intend to feature a state cursive by the chain's founder that reveals his plan to outsell KFC one day.
